New Jersey

New Jersey, a state of extensive diversity, a veritable smorgasbord of ethnicities, home to the second largest Muslim population and the second largest Jewish population in the U.S.  Enclaves of Asian, Indian, Latino populations produce fantastic opportunities for culinary adventure.  There are more diners in New Jersey than any other state, over 600.  With the east coast of New Jersey bordered by the Atlantic, seafood features prominently; oysters, clams, tuna, shad, monkfish, shark, and the list goes on.
